Why a call instead of an email or a form? Because meeting face to face (even if its via online conference) is still the best way to initially discuss a potential project. You will walk us through what your problems/needs are and we will probably have a lot of questions that are more quickly answered in person than via email. 

Don’t worry, after our phone call we will still provide you with a written recap via email for your records. 

How to prepare for the call? Make sure you have a good summary of your problems or the goals you want to achieve.
